Pitcavage brings more than two decades of leadership experience in early childhood education, K-12, and digital learning, with a proven track record of scaling programs, building partnerships, and driving measurable impact at both the state and national levels.

Prior to joining StraighterLine, Pitcavage served as Chief Revenue Officer at Hatch Early Learning, where she led product and market expansion efforts in early learning technology solutions, partnering with school districts and state agencies nationwide. She also held executive roles at Age of Learning (ABCmouse), where she spearheaded strategic growth initiatives that expanded access to digital early learning programs, and at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where she oversaw large-scale implementations of curriculum  and assessment solutions across U.S. states and districts.

In addition to her work in the private sector, Pitcavage has played a key role in advancing early childhood policy and practice, working closely with education leaders, state agencies, and nonprofit organizations to design and implement programs that improve outcomes for young learners.
