This Student Success course is designed to empower learners across a wide range of personal, professional, and academic contexts. In addition to gaining practice with key academic and career-related skills, learners in this course will also engage in strategic self-analysis and planning, working to define their life goals, through the exploration and application of modern motivational and self-care strategies. Students will learn the value of lifelong learning, proactive planning, and self-actualization, as they build their own definition of success, using the tools and resources presented in each module. The course outcomes and assessments are designed to ensure that students can set and achieve realistic goals, manage their time effectively, understand and improve themselves through strategic reflection, utilize motivational strategies, practice self-care, and commit to lifelong learning for ongoing personal and professional fulfillment.
